Frequently Asked Questions

  • All performances of Jesus Christ Superstar will be performed in English.
  • Already purchased tickets can not be exchanged.
  • Only a limited number of wheelchair spaces are available at each performance. These can only be reserved by calling Eventim: 0900-1353.
  • The producer of Jesus Christ Superstar can not guarantee the appearance by a particular artist (for instance due to illness). This is not a reason for a refund of purchased tickets.
  • Except holiday periods is the response to your question about 2 to 5 days.
  • The performance lasts approximately 2.5 hours, including one intermission.
  • Each visitor, regardless of age, must present a valid ticket for the performance to gain access to the venue.
  • For Jesus Christ Superstar the advisory age range is 12 years and above. During the show images will be projected that can be experienced as disturbing, similar to images displayed during the evening news.
  • Latecomers may not be admitted whilst the performance is in progress. To avoid disturbance to other patrons, you may be seated in seats other than those you have booked, at a suitable break in the performance. Depending what is happening on stage, it may only be possible to enter after the intermission.
  • Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited. To avoid disruption please ensure that your mobile phone is completely switched off during the performance. If you do not abide by this, you could be removed from the venue.
  • Any questions concerning tickets must be submitted to the organization where you bought the ticket.

  • Information about the opening hours of the box-office, the venues, catering and parking is published in the Where & When section of this site.
  • Unfortunately we can’t grant any special requests regarding guest appearances or announcements from the stage during the show (i.e. marriage proposal, dedicating a song, etc.).
